Yin Yoga

Rooted in Chinese principles, Yin Yoga is a passive yoga practice that stretches and releases the connective tissue around the joints. With the use of props, poses are held for at least 3 minutes to create space for stillness in a warmed room, so the body and mind have a chance to relax. If you have been struggling with flexibility, this may be the missing link in your practice.
 
This class is suitable for all levels.
