Build and Burn
This class is a yoga method designed by Kayla. The practice will build all over muscular body strength and stamina using yoga inspired drills and static posture sequences. The class closes with a yin segment as well as a savasanna. All levels are encouraged to try this class. Participants will deeply engage upper and lower body as well as core muscles Poses will be held in stillness and we will work against gravity in grounded poses to help release muscle tension.
